Chosen Image
Dr. Seuss is a world renowned writer for his children books, as well his deep political cartoon strips. His writing executes precisely on the unrighteous contradictions happening all over the world. Government based, economic, and rights are some of the topics Dr. Seuss writes about. For my rhetorical analysis paper, I chose one of Dr. Seuss' controversial comics about the U.S social structure. The one-boxed strip contains the reactionary wrecking crew of Congress (left of the strip) about to pulverize a building titled "U.S. Social Structure" (Right of the strip). His main focus was to put Franklin D. Rosevelt on the spotlight by informing the readers he had unnecessary steps for the U.S. social structure. I want to go in depth with the obvious illustration and the single sentence impacting the comic. This rhetorical analysis paper will be approached with an ethical appeal.
